Our email address is an NHS email address and any emails containing words which could be misconstrued, such as sperm, will be filtered out and will not reach us. For specific advice regarding your current treatment, medication, urgent or time sensitive medical advice and to book appointments please call.
We provide emergency cover for patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. One of our specialist infertility nurses will be available to assist with any emergencies.
Please be aware that our email address is only monitored during office hours. An answer machine service is available for routine appointments and enquiries. Please leave your name, contact details and query, and a member of the team will get back to you.

Keeping in touch
If your journey with Leicester Fertility Centre has come to an end, but please do stay in touch. We would love to hear how things progress, and about the final outcome of your treatment.
We are also legally required to report all pregnancy outcomes to our governing body, the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority. We would therefore be very grateful if you could please provide the details requested by downloading the Outcome Form, and return the form to us either by post or email at your earliest convenience.
